I plan on writing a scene from a play I have decided to
write. Its has 4 men and 2 woman its setting is Harbor
Point Maine USA.
The discussion is about to take place in the Harbor Point school This is about Ocean Dumping.
The problem is that its reaching the shores of Maine and destroying its beaches.
The places,people,are fictitious, this will show what can
happen at the local level and how people cooperate
with the U.N.E.P and other treaties that effect our shores
of othe united states and Ocean Dumping.
