I have decided not to write a play but a personal letter.

The problem is that its reaching the shores of The United States and destroying its beaches. This will show that we are concerned as a nation and as a
country of this planet. we need to ban dumping in the
oceans. The progress has now 1200 words and needs
some polishing but it will be on time.
the essay now has about 280 words and will be done on time.

I plan on writing a scene from a play I have decided to
write. Its has 4 men and 2 woman its setting is Harbor
Point Maine USA.
The discussion is about to take place in the Harbor Point school This is about Ocean Dumping.
The problem is that its reaching the shores of Maine and destroying its beaches.
The places,people,are fictitious, this will show what can
happen at the local level and how people cooperate
with the U.N.E.P and other treaties that effect our shores
of othe united states and Ocean Dumping.

Survey Field walk 10 meters and did a 90degree turn
Walked a another 10 meters and counted
the number of pieces of litter in the area.
some litter will always be in the area.
Field Research:
Called Waste Management landfill Aurora CO. and talked to some one of interest. I explained the research that i was interested in so far, there has not been a return call. but I am expecting a call from their
engineer.
